China All Access (Holdings) Limited (“China All Access”, stock code: 633.HK) and OHB SE (Prime Standard; ISIN: DE0005936124) announced today a memorandum of understanding on their cooperation. Both parties intend to jointly develop the next generation of communications solutions in the field of satellite communications applications.
This agreement OHB and China All Access was signed in the presence of the Bremen Senator for Economy, Labor and Ports, Mr. Martin Günthner who is currently chairing a delegation of industry, reasearch institutions and academia to China and Mr. Jörn Beißert, Deputy Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Shanghai.
China All Access and OHB will focus on the following major topics: 1) achieving more comprehensive network coverage by the integration of aerial and terrestrial mobile networks; 2) offering more effective communication solutions for enterprise customers in the vertical markets; 3) providing higher security technology in the transmission process; 4) developing enhanced applications which are compatible with different communications networks.
The collaboration with OHB earmarks an important step in China All Access’s strategy of entering into the global advanced communications application technology market. China All Access has always been leveraging on its leading technological advantage to continuously enhance its overall strength and reinforce its core competence.
