The Supervisory Board of OHB System AG, a subsidiary of OHB SE (Prime Standard, ISIN: DE0005936124), has appointed Dr. Wolfgang Paetsch to the company’s Management Board effective July 1, 2017. In his capacity as a member of the Management Board, Dr. Paetsch will be primarily responsible for the space projects that are being executed for the European Space Agency ESA and the European Union. These include navigation, Earth observation and weather satellites, science and exploration missions and human space flight projects.

As Director Navigation, he has overseen the Galileo FOC satellites over the past four years, materially con-tributing to the company’s success in the third tender”, notes CEO Marco Fuchs. “He has built up an excellent reputation both inside and outside the company and has a superb network. Dr. Paetsch is an ideal addition to our management team.”
